About the CJGA World Junior Championship
Now in its 35th year the CJGA World Junior Championship is a marquee event conducted by the Canadian Junior Golf Association. Since 1993, this championship has welcomed the participation of thousands of junior golfers, representing over 30 countries, who have competed against one an other on some of Florida’s most prolific golf courses.
This highly recognized event, traditionally held during the winter holiday season (December 27-30 of each year), offers Canadian and International juniors alike the opportunity to compete in an internationally ranked tournament while experiencing the culture of Florida golf during their winter break..
In 2026, the CJGA World Junior Championship returns to the the historic Innisbrook Resort, in Palm Harbor, Florida from December 27-30**, where Junior participants will compete across three divisions (Peewee, Bantam, and Junior), for boys & girls.
In 2026, the CJGA are continuing with the CJGA Linkster Division along with the Junior Division. Linksters will be playing the North Course twice from different tee decks and the Juniors will be playing on the Copperhead and the Island Courses.
Individual Stroke Play Championship The CJGA World Junior Championship is an individual stroke play event. Juniors will compete in their respective age divisions for individual honors.
Individual Entry fee is $599.00 USD.
Tournament Registration
The CJGA World Junior Championship is an open championship available to all juniors, 24 and under (24 as of August 1, 2026). CJGA membership is not required.

Innisbrook Resort - How to Book Accommodations
How to Book Accommodations:
All participants of the CJGA World Junior Championship are recommended to book their accommodations directly through Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club Reservation Dept. at 1-855-778-4018 and reference the CJGA.
Rooms will be available in the block only until December 10th, 2026. So BOOK now.
Parents/Contestants should note that they may make a holiday of this stay. Rates will be honoured 6 days prior to the event and 6 days after the event. In order to receive the CJGA Special Rate you must mention that you are a part of the Canadian Junior Golf Association.
Deluxe Guest Room: $195.00 USD per room/night** Graciously appointed room featuring two queen beds & seating area.
Executive Suites: $215.00 USD per room/night** 800 sq. ft. suites featuring one king or two queen beds, a comfortable parlor & full kitchen.
One Bedroom Suite: $250.00 USD per room/night** 980 sq. ft. spacious quarters with separate bedroom and living room. Features either two twin beds or one king or queen bed, a built-in bar, full kitchen and private balcony or patio. also available in most units.
Two Bedroom Suites: $379.00 USD per room/night** 1,900 spacious sq. ft. Including two bedrooms, two full baths, a living room, built-in bar, full kitchen and patio or balcony, which can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Master bedroom is available with one king or one queen bed a second bedroom provides two queens and affords maximum privacy with a separate entrance. All rooms and suites feature amenities including new flat panel TVs, complimentary high-speed internet and up to four multi-line telephones with data port and voice mail.
**Please note also that there is a 13% Occupancy Tax and $35.00 per room/per night Resort Fee.
Check-in begins at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am, early checkin and late check-out may incur additional fees.

Copperhead

Ranked as the PGA TOUR's 7th toughest course, its legendary championship awaits.
Copperhead is the most recognizable of Innisbrook’s four courses. As host of the PGA TOUR’s annual Valspar Championship, it’s a favorite among the world's finest golf professionals — including the Snake Pit, where tournaments are won and lost. Pine tree-lined fairways and rolling terrain define this course that ideally blends beauty and challenge. Spot wildlife while trying to avoid the lake and pond water hazards. It’s a lengthy challenge for even the longest hitters at more than 7,200 yards. It’s a must-play course at Innisbrook.
Island Course
Par 72 • 7,194 yards
Look forward to picturesque views and challenging play for golfers of all levels. Considered to be equally, if not more, demanding as Copperhead, the Island course features tight fairways, intimidating water hazards, abundant bunkers, and extraordinary elevation change rarely found in Florida. The finishing hole tests the greatest players and is one of the most photographed in Florida. The Island course has been ranked among the country’s Top 50 Resort Courses by Golf Digest; and has hosted numerous U.S. Open Qualifiers, NCAA Championships, and the LPGA TOUR's Legends Championship.
